Where Wellness Meets Community: A Glimpse into Tomorrow’s Country Club
In late 2023, I got an invite to join Sweet Honey Farm, a slick wellness-focused farm in New Jersey founded by Devon Levesque, the guy behind the supplement brand Promix. Devon, a former high-end fitness trainer for celebs like Odell Beckham Jr., turned his personal residence into a members-only wellness haven.
Here’s what Sweet Honey Farm offers:
A horse barn turned high-end gym
40-person dry sauna
Hyperbaric chamber
Saltwater pool
Robotic massage table
Coffee house with a barista 6 days a week
Private chef whipping up breakfast and lunch 6 days a week
Pickleball and basketball courts
Cute animals: 6 Highland cows, horses, pygmy goats, and chickens
The farm runs daily workout classes, meditation, stretching, and breathwork sessions led by top-notch instructors. With about 150 members—mostly younger entrepreneurs and business owners (Millennials and Gen X)—it’s a perfect spot just 30 minutes south of NYC.
Around Baltimore, traditional golf country clubs are packed with years-long waitlists. Sweet Honey Farm’s “wellness country club” model feels like the future for younger generations who prioritize health, community, and unique experiences over stuffy golf courses. Unlike traditional clubs, it blends cutting-edge fitness, holistic wellness, and a social vibe that resonates with millennials and Gen Z. It’s not just a place to work out—it’s a lifestyle hub where members connect, recharge, and embrace a healthier way of living. This model could redefine private clubs, offering a fresh, wellness-driven alternative that’s more inclusive and aligned with what younger crowds value.

Haven Hits New Heights: Our 4th Floor Grand Opening!
On Wednesday, July 9th, Haven Coworking threw open the doors to our brand-new 4th-floor space in Towson with a celebration that had the whole building buzzing! Since launching on the 5th floor back in May 2024, we’ve been dreaming big, and now we’ve doubled down, expanding to a whopping 22,000 square feet of vibrant, inspiring workspace.
The night was electric, with over 50 Haven members, local business rockstars, and community VIPs packing the place to toast our growth. The Towson Chamber of Commerce joined us for a ribbon-cutting ceremony that felt like a true milestone. Guests explored every corner of the sleek new floor, from cozy collaboration nooks to state-of-the-art meeting rooms, all designed to spark creativity and connection. The energy was contagious, and the vibes? Absolutely unbeatable!

Last summer, I bought a Blackstone flat top grill. I had seen people online making smashed burgers, hibachi, fried rice, pancakes, you name it – and I had to get in on the hype. A year later, I’m sad to say, I think I’m over it. I miss a traditional grill. I miss the ease of heating an Italian sausage all the way through over the flames without burning the exterior. In 2008, a housing bubble burst due to overbuilding (27.1M homes from 2000–2009 vs. 5.8M from 2010–2019) and loose lending, leading to a crisis and eventual price surges by 2020. A similar miscalculation is now unfolding in the office market. Post-COVID, many declared offices obsolete, but CEOs have come to recognize their value for efficiency and employee engagement—especially among younger workers. Hybrid schedules (2–3 days in-office) are now common, signaling sustained demand for office space.
Yet, office supply is shrinking as buildings are converted into residential, industrial, or retail use, with minimal new construction underway. This sets the stage for a potential shortage in the next 5–8 years, echoing past real estate oversights. Our coworking brand, Haven Coworking, is capitalizing on this by acquiring office buildings now. As Warren Buffett advises, “Be fearful when others are greedy, and greedy when others are fearful.” While multifamily investments have faltered, the current fear around offices presents a strategic opportunity.
